Rav Pam on the Festivals

Rabbi Avrohom Yaakov Pam was one of the most beloved Torah personalities of our time. Revered for his scholarship, cherished for his warmth, venerated for his leadership, Rav Pam taught generations of Jews the meaning of a Torah life. Thousands of talmidim in Mesivta Torah Vodaath were privileged to learn from him over a period of 63 years. The Torah that he taught them still sings in their hearts. In this outstanding book, Rabbi Sholom Smith renders adaptations of Rav PamÆs teaching on the Yamim Tovim and lifecycle, faithfully transmitting the lessons he taught. Each selection brings home a message the reader can relate to immediately, in the classic manner of Rav Pam. The insights filling this volume have never been published in book form. Each will inspire you. Teach you. Comfort you. And each will illustrate what a rare gem Rav Pam was ù not only to his students and those around him, but indeed to an entire generation thirsting for his words.
